By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Cloudzor.ch specializes in game server hosting. We provide virtual or dedicated server resources that enable you to host a variety of multiplayer games. Specific features and performance metrics may vary based on the package you choose.
4.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity in your place of residence to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
4.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.3 User Responsibilities: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws and EU consumer directives. You also agree not to use the Services for unlawful or harmful activities, including the spread of malware or unauthorized data collection.
5.1 Pricing: Our pricing is displayed on https://cloudzor.ch and may vary based on your chosen plan. All prices include or exclude VAT depending on your location and/or EU regulations.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge your card or payment method for the Services.
5.3 Invoices: All invoices must be paid by the due date indicated. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services.
If you opt for a subscription model, your plan may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable automatic renewal at any time in your account settings or by contacting our customer support. If you do not disable auto-renewal, you will be charged according to your existing plan rates.
We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy that aligns with EU consumer protection laws. If you are dissatisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified on our website. Certain exceptions apply for upgrades, late cancellations, or violations of these Terms.
For digital services, you acknowledge that once performance has begun (i.e., once the server is provisioned and accessible to you), certain withdrawal rights under EU law may not apply. For more information, please refer to our separate Refund Policy.
8.1 Cancellation by You: You can cancel your Services at any time by providing notice through your account dashboard or by contacting us via email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless stated otherwise.
8.2 Termination by Cloudzor.ch: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay on time, or engage in activities that disrupt our Services or infringe upon the rights of others.
8.3 Data Preservation: Upon termination, we have no obligation to store or maintain your data beyond what is legally required. We recommend you back up any essential data before cancelling or terminating your Services.
9.1 Cloudzor.ch IP: All software, text, graphics, logos, and other content we provide are owned or licensed by Cloudzor.ch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce them without our prior written consent.
9.2 Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload or create on the Services. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

13.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages: We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
13.2 Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific service in the six (6) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable EU or Swiss law, including liability for personal injury or death.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cloudzor.ch and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, including any content you upload or actions you take that violate any law or third-party rights.

You can create a server login on the Trackmania player page. Log in, click on Dedicated Servers, enter your Player-Key, your desired server login, password, and specify the server location. Save, and you're done!
Your validation code is the last 3 digits of your player key. If you purchased the game via Steam, check your Trackmania game details under "Details" in your library to find your player key.
